You may order either directly from our website or mail or fax your order to us. If mailing your order, use the printable order form below (it also appears at the bottom of the "Checkout" page). If you are paying by check, please allow time for your check to clear before we ship your order. If faxing, fill out the order form with credit card information and fax it to: (512) 832-8129.  

Orders are usually processed in approximately 2-3 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in 8-10 BUSINESS days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for a total of 14 days or less. Shipping is always a low, flat rate of $9.95, no matter what your order size! Lone Star Bird Houses ships UPS.  Because Lone Star Bird Houses uses multiple suppliers and wants your order to arrive as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate boxes. 

Lone Star Bird Houses will ship internationally (outside the continental U.S.) with special arrangements. However, the shipping is not a flat rate of $9.95 in this case and must be paid by the customer. If you want to get an order shipped internationally, please include that with your order and we will contact you with the shipping rates before your order is processed.
