Lone Star Bird Houses will issue you a full refund under the following conditions:  

• The birdhouse, feeder, etc. is damaged upon arrival. 
• The birdhouse, feeder, etc. isn't the proper type for the bird you're trying to attract after all.
• You are not satisfied with the birdhouse or feeder for some other reason.

Lone Star Bird Houses will issue a full refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. The refund will be in the amount of the full purchase price minus the flat-rate shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. This is due to the low, flat-rate shipping fee that Lone Star Bird Houses charges - shipping costs usually exceed our fee of $9.95 and we cover them as a courtesy to the customer, to keep your total cost as low as possible.

The products must be in their original packaging and not altered in any way. We cannot accept birdhouses, feeders, etc. that are damaged from normal use. This would include bird houses with nesting material and bird droppings in them, water damage from rain, etc.  

Please mail the product in its original packaging to: Lone Star Bird Houses, 9401 Dallum Drive, Austin, TX 78753 along with the reason for return. If the above conditions are met, upon receipt of the product, Lone Star Bird Houses will issue you a full refund.
